I just want Google Play Store on the Redmi Note 3. I'm not going to lie, I bought this for my mother without realizing that the play store wasn't installed. The problems: I do not have a windows pc. I do not have her SIM. I do not really want to flash a Dev ROM, or sign-up a MI account.
